Great view from the room and the pool area was nice. There are spa and sauna facilities too, which we didn't really use. Good location for skiing and snowboarding.

The food was terrible, especially the dinner buffet, which was very limited. the staff weren't very helpful and did not explain anything about the hotel.

Our Xmas trip was pretty good overall. The location was perfect, right next to the ski lift and with breathtaking mountain views. The pools were fantastic, with a perfect temperature for the cold weather, and the spa staff was excellent. We especially enjoyed the various exercise classes, such as yoga and Pilates, which were free of charge. The Xmas dinner was also fantastic, with an exquisite menu and plenty of wine to go around.

Our room was not well taken care of, with some parts of it in desperate need of cleaning. we found the breakfast and lunch menus to be limited, with little variety or creativity.

Located at an extreme stop close to the mountains, this hotel is ideal for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, with immediate access to the slopes. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and most rooms offer incredible views. the pools and spa are relaxing, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. the hotel's Nordic themed decor is impressively stylish.

The lighting and decor in the restaurant could be improved to match other communal areas.

This hotel is located just next to the ski slope, easy for us to hit the mountains every morning. The hotel facilities were fantastic, particularly the pool and spa area. The staff were always polite and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was satisfying.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being well-maintained and offering incredible views. The amenities provided by the hotel were outstanding, with a spa and wellness center that included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were a great addition, offering a relaxing and picturesque spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. The staff and facilities are top-notch, making for an unforgettable experience.

Fine mountain views. Excellent high-level cuisine. Magnificent desserts and quality wines. Large rooms with quality furniture. Convenient ski in/ski out location. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic spa complex and thermal pools. Director were really good too solve any issues
